Terms of Use
Effective 7 November 2026
Using OneList
OneList is licensed to you for personal and work use on devices you own or control. If you got OneList from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your content
Your to-dos, alarms and everything else you put in OneList belong to you. They're kept on your devices and in your iCloud; we don't have access to them.
Other services
OneList works with services you choose to connect, such as your calendars, iCloud and Google. Your use of those services is under their own terms. Google features are optional.
Alarms and reminders
We work hard to make alarms and reminders dependable, but they rely on your device's settings, battery and operating system. Please don't rely on OneList alone for anything where a missed alarm could cause harm.
No warranty
OneList is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of OneList.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use OneList means you accept the updated terms.
